The "kc" in milkandhoneykc may stand for Kansas City, but it also stands for Karina and Casey. They say opposites attract, and that couldn't be more true when it comes to these two. After meeting while working together at a bakery, it became clear that they were destined to take over the world together, one pastry at a time. Karina's meticulous, scientific baking precision combined with Casey's creativity and ability to build anything out of food results in something magical. The secret to their perfect macarons is the result of a 32 step process combined with a quirky river dance that the two must perform while the shells bake. Their pastries are made with love...
